Buying Ambergris Caye Real Estate is one

land supply and especially beachfront land

Ambergris Caye is an island and has a
limited supply of land. In our opinion best
potential for the land appreciation is on the
West Coast of Ambergris Caye. East
Coast had its glory days. Ambergis Bay
located between Ambergris Caye and Belize
mainland coast offers calm turqiose waters,
incredible fishing and pristine untouched
sandy beaches of the Islands West Coast.
Think of it as Bora Bora without a 16 hour
